REFUNDS, CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING

All orders placed with Creations by Kari LLC are subject to availability and acceptance.

An order is not considered confirmed until the required payment or deposit has been successfully received and the customer has received confirmation from Creations by Kari LLC. Submitting an inquiry, requesting a quote, discussing an order, or receiving an invoice does not reserve a date, flowers, materials, or services without the required payment.

Customers are responsible for reviewing all order details before submitting payment, including the selected arrangement, size, colors, personalization, pickup or delivery date, pickup time, recipient information, delivery address, and any special instructions.

Selecting an available date or time during checkout does not reserve that date or time until checkout is completed and payment is successfully received.

All floral products and services are subject to flower, material, and scheduling availability. Creations by Kari LLC reserves the right to decline an order that we are unable to reasonably fulfill, including orders affected by product availability, scheduling limitations, delivery restrictions, pricing or website errors, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

If Creations by Kari LLC is unable to fulfill a confirmed and paid order, we will contact the customer to discuss available alternatives, rescheduling, substitutions, or an applicable refund.

Providing payment constitutes the customer's acknowledgment and acceptance of the order details and the applicable Terms & Conditions.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all information provided to Creations by Kari LLC is complete and accurate.

If an error is discovered after an order has been submitted, the customer must contact us as soon as possible. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate corrections; however, changes are not guaranteed once an order has been confirmed, flowers or materials have been purchased, or production has begun.

Creations by Kari LLC is not responsible for delays, unsuccessful deliveries, incorrect personalization, or other issues resulting from inaccurate or incomplete information provided by the customer.

Any correction that results in additional materials, labor, delivery, or other expenses may require an additional fee before the change can be completed.

All payments and/or deposits must be received by the required deadline in order to confirm and secure an order with Creations by Kari LLC.

For orders requiring full payment, the entire balance must be paid before the order is considered confirmed and production begins.

For orders requiring a deposit, the required deposit must be received in order to reserve the requested date and/or services. Any remaining balance must be paid by the due date provided on the customer's invoice, order confirmation, or service agreement.

Once payment or a deposit has been received, Creations by Kari LLC may begin purchasing flowers, supplies, personalized items, and other materials necessary to fulfill the order. Because many of these items are purchased specifically for each customer, payments may become non-refundable once materials have been purchased or production has begun, as further described in the Cancellations & Refunds section of these Terms.

Failure to pay the remaining balance by the required due date may result in the order or service being placed on hold or canceled. Creations by Kari LLC is not responsible for changes in flower or material availability caused by delayed payment.

Any additional products, upgrades, changes, or services requested after the original order has been confirmed may require additional payment. Additional charges must be paid before the requested changes or services are provided.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all payments are successfully completed. An unsuccessful, declined, reversed, or incomplete payment does not confirm or reserve an order.

Delivery Charge ranges from $15 to $45 depending on the city.

The delivery fee includes one delivery attempt to the address provided by the purchaser. If an order cannot be safely delivered due to circumstances including, but not limited to, an inability to leave the order in a secure location, inability to access a gated community, secured complex, or building, no recipient or neighbor being available to accept the order, or an incorrect/incomplete delivery address provided by the customer, the following may apply:

A) The recipient and/or sender may be contacted to arrange pickup of the order.

B) The sender may request an additional delivery attempt by paying a new delivery fee. A maximum of two (2) additional delivery attempts may be scheduled.

C) If we are unable to contact either the recipient or sender following an attempted delivery, the order will be held for up to 48 hours. Due to the perishable nature of fresh flowers, we cannot guarantee the condition or freshness of an order that is not received or picked up within the original scheduled timeframe. Orders that remain unclaimed after the holding period will not be eligible for replacement or refund.

D) Creations by Kari LLC is not responsible for failed or delayed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer, restricted property access, an unavailable recipient, or other circumstances outside of our reasonable control.

We are a home-based floral studio and operate by scheduled pickup only. To respect privacy and maintain a smooth pickup experience, we do not allow walk-ins.

The pickup address and arrival instructions will be provided to customers with a confirmed pickup order. Customers should not arrive outside of their scheduled pickup window without prior approval.

Upon arrival, please remain parked curbside and text us (941) 404-5796 that you have arrived along with your name (and pickup order # if applicable). Your arrangement will be brought directly to your vehicle.

If you are running late, kindly notify us in advance. Please arrive within your scheduled pickup window. Arrivals more than 10 minutes late without notice may be rescheduled.

No-Shows: If you do not arrive during your scheduled pickup window and do not contact us, your order will be held for up to 48 hours. Due to the perishable nature of fresh flowers, we cannot guarantee the freshness or condition of orders not picked up as scheduled. No-show orders are not eligible for a refund or complimentary remake.
